Incubation Station brings together a consortium of Austin’s notable entrepreneurs, investors and advisors for the purpose of mentoring super cool, high-potential companies so they can more effectively launch, manfacture, distribute, market and grow their niche brands, products and services.

Incubations Station creates industry-focused 10-12 week programs as an idea incubator and a success accelerator, matching Austin’s highest caliber talent, resources and funding with those companies who are ready to take their idea, service or product to the next level.

Incubation Station was created to serve many industry-specific Tracks. Each Track is individually designed to effectively serve the industry represented and matches chosen companies with outstanding mentors - entrepreneurs, investors and advisors who bring deep experience and quality resources to ur participant companies.

Incubation Station is a powerful, integrated hub that matches young companies with what they need to propel their success - entrepreneur experience, industry specific expertise, capital, business and legal infrastructure - as part of an engaging environment to encourage the free exchange of ideas and connections. Incubation Station is designed to provide access to resources normally beyond the reach of a start-up or early stage company.

Incubation Station Track 1 will support up to 5 Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, offering a depth of specific expertise in retail, distribution logistics, marketing, and product development. The Incubation Station CPG Track will consider applications from companies from launch to $3mm in revenue. Our goal is to make Austin a bigger player in the CPG industry by encouraging and supporting entrepreneurs who want to compete in this complex but very exciting marketplace.

Incubation Station is an ancillary business of the law firm of Moster Wynne Ressler, P.C. d/b/a MWR Legal. Incubation Station shares common ownership with MWR Legal, but it is operated as a separate business providing non-legal services and is not a law firm. As a result, no attorney- client privilege or relationship attaches between Incubation Station and any of its participant mentors or companies.


	Incubation Station exists because entrepreneurs need access to industry expertise, resources, connections and funding.
	Our mentor entrepreneurs, investors and advisors have the relevant experience and resources needed to take our participant companies to the next level.
